Motor Pool Building (1942) This was originally a motor repair shop for the Army that, among other things, repaired tanks.7, 32 In 1947 it was deeded to the National Guard.10 Acquired by the University of Utah in 1968, and probably remodeled at that time by Fetzer & Fetzer Architects, it was called the Physical Plant Motor Pool in 1985. 4, 11,18
