Acquired by the University of Utah in 1947, a former Army Barrack for 63 men and one of the support buildings for the Reception Center as discussed in the overview, this building housed the Department of Zoology in 1950.10 It was moved from "The Church Triangle," south of the Jon Huntsman Special Events Center, north of current 330 to its current location in 1969.7, 32 At that time, the Art Department moved out and the Intermountain Regional Medical Program moved in and remained until 1974.25 In 1976 the building's name changed to The College of Medicine Hospital Office.18, 26 In 1978 the basement was the Health Science Bookstore.26
